Monroe Monroe
Monroe MonroeThe concept of Monroe Monroe's music began with the thematic reaction of one man's long- term assignments in Antarctica. The isolation and months on end without seeing or feeling the warmth of the sun would bring most people to madness. Instead, Bella Abbatecola found this lack of everything as the inspiration he needed to write an album's worth of brilliant landscapes and bring his brand of anthemic indie rock back to North America.

AdrienneOFemale-fronted indie electronica from Denver. Metric meets Miike Snow meets OneRepublic. Dark lead vocals simmer over solid grooves and electronic textures.

"The broken world is ours to gain / We play our music loud as pain / Off balance in a fearless kiss / We hope it always feels like this"

AdrienneO, an indie electronica project out of Boulder and Denver, Colorado, is inspired both by modern electro-pop such as The Naked & Famous, OneRepublic, and Miike Snow; and older synth-pop and synth-rock bands such as Alphaville and Ultravox.

Adrienne met "mad genius" Tad Michael Wheeler when Tad found her online while looking for recording vocalists. Previously a rocket scientist among other brainiac careers, Tad tends to produce color-coded diagrams for everything from rehearsal room layout to set lists. He has been - and still is - the drummer in many Denver bands, but in AdrienneO he is the master of all things electronic, from loops and samples to keyboards to lights and media.

Adrienne met lead guitarist Justin Leighton Long when he joined her cover band after moving to Denver from Florida. Justin was a founding member, lead guitarist and songwriter for the band No Address. No Address released Time Doesn't Notice on Atlantic Records, with their debut single "Sadie (When I'm Gone)" standing at #11 on the Billboard Radio charts for 22 weeks and supporting extensive North American touring.

Craig DeLeone, drummer and multi-instrumentalist, attempts to maintain the band's sanity by being the only AdrienneO member with a normal job and home life. However, his time spent on a tour bus with Buddy Rich forever scarred him, and he occasionally acts up. Craig currently runs a music program for underprivileged kids at the non-profit Devereux Colorado and is a community group member of the music-based non-profit Youth On Record.
